SITEWORK
SITE ANALYSIS - SITE SPECIFIC TESTING - GPS POINT LOCATION
From site analysis to pull testing, GPS layout and finally to Groundscrew installation EFS has developed methods tailored to the Western United States' rocky and unforgiving substrates.
SITE ANALYSIS
FIELD TESTING - GEOTECHNICAL EVALUATION
All projects should begin with a detailed site analysis evaluating existing conditions. EFS reviews geotechnical information, when available and utilizes soil mapping software to evaluate the best possible nexus of site and Groundscrew. EFS evaluates four critical factors when producing a proposal:

SITE SPECIFIC TESTING
LICENSED ENGINEERING - LOCAL KNOWLEDGE
Following site analysis, the next step in assuring success is to test the co-integration of Groundscrews and soil. Vertical and lateral testing can be performed with a calibrated scale measuring working loads and peak loads. Sometimes a third party engineer is required and the data is recorded and readied for a report. This report can be submitted by the engineer to the authority having jurisdiction over the project. EFS has helped many companies connect with the engineers, we have worked with very successfully on many projects.
GPS POINT LOCATION
EFS offers layout services for Groundscrew placement. Rather than outsourcing this service to another professional, using our in house GPS service will streamline your projects and keep them on schedule. Modern GPS equipment can layout Groundscrews without the inaccuracies of stringlines and with far less personel.
