Groundscrews replace traditional concrete pier footings and have also been used to support multi-story buildings. They do not require soil removal or disposal, thus reducing costs significantly. Groundscrews can easily avoid any disturbance to located utilities, and the Groundscrew's minimal footprint allows installers to avoid the costly repairs and time lost when utilities are compromised.
Inclement weather produces time delays and surface conditions which impede traditional excavation and concrete placement. Since Groundscrews do not rely on excavation or concrete, inclement weather has much less impact on construction timelines. Groundscrews have no "cure" time and can also be "pull tested on site" and are instantly loadable. The time savings alone can be substantial! |
